Condition useraction HIGH5

The User-action High5 is an volunteer service from the provider.

The User-action is implemented daily from 00:00 till 23:59  o’clock MEZ.

5 users who are rocompensed with profits are determined during the action. The definition of the profits and their height is incumbent alone upon the provider.

The provider is entitled to abort tto finish or abolish the action any time. The User explain that in the case of ending or cancellation of this action they have no claim about the winnnig. There is no claim to the realisation of future competitions.

It is not possible to transfer the prizes to another TAN.

User, which themselves optain unfairly advantages or attain advantages by deceitful actions, are execluded without exception to the action. This contains also the aggreements with actors to get common optain unfair advantages.
